His Story/Sketch N Scrap Twistback Thursday Reveal

Hi everyone! It is Thursday and that means it is time for Sketch N Scrap's Twistback Thursday.  The twist for this sketch is to use a specific shape as your background and embellishments throughout the layout (circles, triangles, hexagons, starts, hearts, etc.)  For my layout I used stars.  Here is the sketch and my layout:
