Love Him/Scrap Our Stash Challenge #27

Happy Monday! I have a layout and card to share with you that I did for Scrap Our Stash Challenge.  The challenge is to use the sketch below and to create a card using the scraps from the layout that you create.  Here is the sketch, my layout and card:

Isn't this sketch adorable?  I love it!  I used Dylusions Ink Spray for the hearts.  I used a heart punch for the hearts. The hearts I did not use on the layout I used on the card.  The love title on the card I had made for the layout but decide to use it on the card.   Thanks for stopping by!

Love My Family/123 Challenge Blog

Hi! I have a layout I want to share with you that I did for 123 Challenge Blog.  The challenge this month is to use the word Family, the color Gold and to use the technique stitching.  Here is my layout:

The supplies I used are Bo Bunny, We R Memory Keepers, Shappy Chic Crafters, Heidi Swapp, Freckled Fawn and My Mind's Eye.  I have been saving the Bo Bunny dot paper for a while.  I love the gold on the blue and thought it was perfect for this picture.  I don't use stitching on my layouts so this was a challenge for me.  I added two X stitches by the flair.  The flair says Love.  Thanks for stopping by!

Only 30 Feet Away From Dale Jr./Sketch N Scrap Twistback Challenge

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is having a great week! It is time for Sketch N Scrap's Twistback Thursday.  The twist with this awesome sketch is to use washi tape! Here is the sketch and my layout:

The supplies I used on this layout is Crate Paper, American Crafts, Studio Calico and Cosmo Cricket.

  About this layout I (as the title says) was only 30 feet away from Dale Earnhardt Jr.!  Back in my teens my step dad got me interested in Nascar Racing. For years I went with him to the races.  I actually got to meet a couple of the drivers such as Dale Earnhardt Sr.  When Dale Senior died I kinda of lost interest and stopped going to the races.  Then along came my hubby who loves Nascar Racing.  For years he has wanted me to go with him.  I finally said yes and went with him.  He surprised me with pitt passes! We stood at the stage for driver introductions.  I know I will probably never get to meet Dale Jr., but at least I got close!
