Happy Fourth of July! I hope everyone is having a great day! The challenge from About A Boy is to use red, white and blue on a layout. We can use neutrals such as white, black, kraft as your background. I decided not to wait until today for a Fourth of July photo. There is an 80% chance of rain today and tomorrow! I decided to use a picture from our recent trip to the beach. I didn't realize until I had finished the layout that we were wearing red, white, and blue! Here is my layout:
The supplies I used are Bazzill, Heidi Swapp, Tim Holtz, Authentique, Bo Bunny, Karen Foster, and Fancy Pants.
I hope you like it and thanks for stopping by!

Three/Frosted Designs
I found a new scrapbooking blog called Frosted Designs. This month's challenge is to use 3 colors; black, white, and any other color that you choose to use. I decided to use the collection Renew from Authentique. I used black, white and a greenish/turquoise color. I am not sure the exact name of it. I kept the layout simple. I used a photo of me which I rarely do. Under the paper I have a journaling card. I cut a piece of black paper and created a loop to pull the card out. I wanted to keep the journaling private. Thanks for stopping by!

July Fourth/Sketch n Scrap
This month Sketch n Scrap had a cute sketch. Here is the sketch:
I changed the photo layout to accommodate my pictures. I used We R Memory Keepers's Yankee Doodles Collection. On the title I used Authentique's Glory alpha stickers. I hope you like it and have a great week!

"Checklist" Drill #3 S.W.A.T.
Hi!
I did a layout for a blog called S.W.A.T. which stands for Scrap Warriors Advanced Training. Check them out! The challenge was to create a layout using 4 photos on a single layout. I got to thinking about March, St. Patrick's Day and luck. I decided to do a layout about all the changes that my family and I have went through the past couple of months. All good things and we are very lucky!! It gave me an excuse to use Authentique's collection Renew. I thought it was quite fitting. Here is the layout and thanks for stopping by!

Authentique's September Sketch
I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I went to a crop yesterday at The Scrapbook Princess. I haven't been to a crop in a while. It was good to get away, scrap and to see some friends. This is Authentique's September Sketch and I really liked it. This is a sketch I tend to shy away from, but I liked it some much I just had to try it.
I used Authentique's Curiosity collection. Can you tell that I am in love with this collection? The picture was taken on the second day of school. Noah got his first star student of the year. Here is my layout:
Authentique Supplies Used:
Academic, Studious, and Learning pattern paper
Details and Elements sticker sheets
Other products I used was cardstock for the stars and a circle behind the Teacher's Pet sticker. I used a star punch for the stars. I hope you like it. Check out Authentique's blog. They have some awesome ideas and of course great product!! Have a great week!!
